What type of chocolate is it?

Each personally wrapped bar is made from a high quality Belgian recipe milk chocolate bar made by a Swiss chocolatier in the UK

Do you offer different size bars?

Yes, we offer 2 sizes. Our larger size 35g bar has 10 squares and measures approx 12cm x 5cm. Our mini 10g sized bars measure approx 6cm x 3.5cm. The larger bars are wrapped in silver foil and the mini bars are offered in either silver or gold foil .

What do we have to do to order?

You choose a wrapper design from our extensive collection - or provide your own photograph.
You choose the personalisation or words that you want to add to the wrapper.
Decide how many you want.
Fill in the enquiry form and wait for your proof back.
Send you payment and wait for your beautiful personalised chocolate bars to arrive.

Is there a minimum/maximum order quantity?

We can produce from a single bar to however many you personally require. We have no maximum order quantity.

Can I make up my own wrapper. Can you find an image or theme for me?

Yes, we are here to help. Please ring us to discuss your personal requirement. We can buy more images in but this will incur an additional charge. (Price dependant on order quantity). The new image may then be set onto our plain wrappers along with your wording. Please be aware some images may not be possible to reproduce due to copyright restrictions. ie football clubs etc.

Can we see what it will look like before you do the order?

Yes, we will email you or post you a proof for approval prior to your order being completed.

Can we collect from you?

Yes. We live in Cardiff so if you live locally or order a large quantity and would rather avoid postage no problem.

How do I pay?

We accept cheque or cash. Cheques must be cleared prior to orders being made up and despatched. Cheques are payable to Chocbars and must be sent to P O Box 3102, Cardiff. CF30 0BA

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once an order is received and payment is cleared we ask for 2 weeks. If you require your chocolate bars sooner, please telephone so we may check our stock and hopefully supply your order sooner.
